Styroliner
Reduce energy consumption and create warmer rooms using Styroliner insulated dry lining boards. Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) is factory-bonded to plasterboard to create a simple and effective solution that is incredibly easy to install. Styroliner boards are suitable for both refurbishments and new build applications, and are available in standard thicknesses from 27mm – 85mm.

Styroliner® is an insulated dry lining board that is used to create warmer rooms and reduce energy consumption. Styroliner is constructed from Ravatherm XPS extruded polystyrene, which is faced with plasterboard. It provides a simple and cost effective solution to insulating walls and is suitable for both refurbishments and new build applications.

Styroliner® comprises plasterboard bonded to a backing of Ravatherm XPS to provide an effective, energy saving wall insulation board. The Ravatherm XPS insulation backing is a blue/grey extruded polystyrene which combines low thermal conductivity and a high resistance to moisture to ensure permanent long-term insulation. Ravatherm XPS is CFC and HCFC free and has an Ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero.
Styroliner boards are supplied in a standard sheet size of 2400 x 1200mm and are available in 5 overall thicknesses: 27, 35, 40, 48, 60 & 85mm.

Fire
The Plasterboard face has a class 1 surface spread of flame to BS476:Part 7:1987
Ravatherm XPS insulation has a reaction to fire classification of Euroclass E to EN13501-1.
We pride ourselves on our high level of quality & service and all our products are manufactured to British Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015. We keep extensive stocks at our Sheffield warehouse close to Junction 31 off the M1, ready for collection or distribution across the UK.
Delivery & Collections
Delivery
The delivery charge is shown once you enter your delivery postcode in the shopping cart. All our deliveries are sent via our courier networks and require a signature upon receipt. Styroliner boards are delivered on pallets for protection of the product, as such please be advised that access by large vehicles may be required. Our deliveries take place between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, however we can arrange for special delivery instructions or times at an extra cost. Please call us on 0114 249 5626 to arrange.
For deliveries to post-codes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, FK, DD, LD, BA, SP, SO, GU, RH, ME, TN, CT, BN, PO, BH, EX, TA, DT, EX, TQ, PL, TR, SA, DA, SE1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, W1, a surcharge will be added to the total cost once the postcode is entered in the delivery address fields. For non mainland post-codes e.g. BT, GY it will be necessary to contact us on 0114 249 5626 for the delivery charge. In this case, a member of our sales team will process your order, and collect credit card details manually.
Delivery Timescales
Styroliner boards are normally delivered within 5 working days. Special delivery arrangements can be organised prior to order with our Sales Office on 0114 249 5626.
We may contact you if we are unable to meet the specified delivery date. Where you wish to add special instructions to your order, this may delay the delivery.
Collections

After you have placed and paid for your order, we need time to prepare it for you. Your order registers on our system shortly after payment is made online. You will receive an email confirming your order/payment. Please follow these steps after receiving your email confirmation. You will receive a VAT Invoice in the post after goods have been delivered / collected.
