Truck Panels
The technical requirements for refrigerated truck bodies are defined by regulations and by economic considerations, which include the resale value of a vehicle.
To be cost effective, refrigerated truck bodies must be insulated effectively whilst also being lightweight and built with highly durable materials to last for decades. By choosing Ravatherm XPS as a core material it is possible to satisfy those requirements. Panels with Ravatherm core material have been used in the manufacture of floors, walls and roofs of refrigerated truck bodies for more than 25 years with proven success.
Ravatherm XPS X PLUS RTM is designed to meet the needs of the refrigerated truck market. All Ravatherm XPS products are produced in a range of thickness to meet the needs of the specific application.
Panel Systems offers a comprehensive fabrication service to provide complete kits and/or components for the production of truck panels.
Delivery & Collections
Delivery
The delivery charge is shown once you enter your delivery postcode in the shopping cart. All our deliveries are sent via our courier networks and require a signature upon receipt. Ravatherm XPS products are delivered on pallets (or in boxes where indicated) for protection of the product. As such, please be advised that access by large vehicles may be required. Our deliveries take place between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, however we can arrange for special delivery instructions or times at an extra cost. Please call us on 0114 275 2881 to arrange.
For deliveries to post-codes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, FK, DD, LD, BA, SP, SO, GU, RH, ME, TN, CT, BN, PO, BH, EX, TA, DT, EX, TQ, PL, TR, SA, DA, SE1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, W1, a surcharge will be added to the total cost once the postcode is entered in the delivery address fields. For non-mainland post-codes e.g. BT, GY it will be necessary to contact us on 0114 275 2881 for the delivery charge. In this case, a member of our sales team will process your order, and collect credit card details manually.
Delivery Timescales
Our XPS products are normally delivered within 5-10 working days. Special delivery arrangements can be organised prior to order with our Sales Office on 0114 275 2881
We may contact you if we are unable to meet the specified delivery date. Where you wish to add special instructions to your order, this may delay the delivery.
Collections
Your order can be collected free of charge from our distribution depot located just 3 minutes’ drive from junction 31 of the M1 in Sheffield.

After you have placed and paid for your order, we need time to prepare it for you. Your order registers on our system shortly after payment is made online. You will receive an email confirming your order/payment. Please follow these steps after receiving your email confirmation.
Please call 0114 275 2881 to arrange a collection time and date: (Our collection point is open during the following times – 8.30am to 4pm Mon – Thursday and 8.30am to 2pm on Fridays)
You will require your emailed order reference to be able to make a collection, please use this reference in all correspondence.
A VAT Invoice will be sent by post after goods have been delivered / collected.
