Through a proprietary continuous manufacturing process, Alucoil produces its structural aluminium honeycomb panel Larcore to fit perfectly in numerous sectors such as marine, railway and industrial applications. It is an extremely lightweight and rigid panel which is non-combustible, recyclable, insulating, and energy efficient. After an intensive R&D effort, Alucoil has managed to combine the natural qualities of the honeycomb structure with its industrial experience in the manufacturing of structural metal panels, obtaining a final product capable of offering complete solutions for different project requirements.
Larcore panels are manufactured in a continuous process with an aluminium honeycomb core with aluminium skins. The aluminium skins are coated with a primer suitable as a finished surface or for further processing including bonding, and colour coatings. Larcore panels are available in standard sheets of 3120 x 1500mm or cut to size in a range of thickness from 6mm to 40mm – other thicknesses are available on request. Panel Systems offers a fabrication service including structural bonding of additional finishes and extensive CNC machining.
Transport and Industry
New projects in marine, railways, trucks, elevators, buses, aircrafts and other applications will get lighter, stronger, more rigid and energy efficient constructions. Larcore achieves a perfect balance between weight, rigidity and non-combustible classification being an ideal material for the manufacturing of transport and industrial components.
Sustainability
Larcore A2 is a 100% recyclable and eco efficient aluminium honeycomb panel. Both its external skins and its core are 100% aluminium, so it is easily and infinitely recyclable. Manufactured in a continuous process with state-of-the-art technology, unique on a world level, Larcore A2 panels are the material of the future thanks to their properties of lightness, rigidity, large dimensions and high recyclability. These panels also have the EPD certificate accrediting their low environmental impact and the commitment to the environment.

Delivery & Collections
Delivery
The delivery charge is shown once you enter your delivery postcode in the shopping cart. All our deliveries are sent via our courier networks and require a signature upon receipt. Larcore panels are delivered on pallets for protection of the product, as such please be advised that access by large vehicles may be required. Our deliveries take place between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, however we can arrange for special delivery instructions or times at an extra cost. Please call us on 0114 249 5626 to arrange.
For deliveries to post-codes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, FK, DD, LD, BA, SP, SO, GU, RH, ME, TN, CT, BN, PO, BH, EX, TA, DT, EX, TQ, PL, TR, SA, DA, SE1, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, W1, a surcharge will be added to the total cost once the postcode is entered in the delivery address fields. For non mainland post-codes e.g. BT, GY it will be necessary to contact us on 0114 249 5626 for the delivery charge. In this case, a member of our sales team will process your order, and collect credit card details manually.
Delivery Timescales
Larcore Panels are normally delivered within 5 working days. Special delivery arrangements can be organised prior to order with our Sales Office on 0114 249 5626.
We may contact you if we are unable to meet the specified delivery date. Where you wish to add special instructions to your order, this may delay the delivery.
Collections
Your order can be collected free of charge from our distribution depot located on Welland Close, Sheffield S3 9QY. A location map can be found here: https://goo.gl/maps/ckQ9HSveqYwo4qVy7
After you have placed and paid for your order, we need time to prepare it for you. Your order registers on our system shortly after payment is made online. You will receive an email confirming your order/payment. Please follow these steps after receiving your email confirmation. You will receive a VAT Invoice in the post after goods have been delivered / collected.

You will require your emailed order reference to be able to make a collection, please use this reference in all correspondence.
